My background is rooted in getting complex work done well, on time, and without losing sight of what actually makes something feel good on screen.

I've led post from early conversations and bids through delivery. Over the years I've worked closely with agencies, brands, and internal teams, helping translate ideas into something tangible and executable while keeping everyone aligned along the way.

What I'm Focused On Now

These days, I work either full-time or in a consulting capacity, partnering with teams that need help navigating post-production at scale. That might mean building workflows, leading teams, shaping creative approach, or simply helping bring order to a complicated project that's already in motion. A lot of my work lives at the intersection of live action, VFX, animation, and emerging technologies. I'm less interested in buzzwords and more focused on what actually works in practice, especially under pressure.

How I Work

I'm big on clarity and collaboration. I try to create environments where creative teams can do their best work without unnecessary friction, and where clients feel informed, not overwhelmed. I care about process, but only if it serves the work and the people making it. I tend to operate as a connector, bridging creative, production, and technical considerations so projects don't stall or spiral when things inevitably change.

Thoughts on AI and Emerging Technologies…

I don't see AI as a shortcut or a replacement for craft. I see it as another set of tools that, when used thoughtfully, can open up new possibilities or make certain workflows more flexible. My focus is on integrating these tools into existing pipelines in a way that feels intentional, controlled, and creatively sound
